You can create an account for free by entering the required information below.

To submit a bid for an opportunity, you will have to become a subscriber.

There are two options to become a subscriber, 1) an unlimited annual subscription fee of $418.95 or 2) one-time fee of $125.75 per bid opportunity

To register for the unlimited annual fee, log in to your account, select the 12 month option, and click “Register”. Click “Checkout” and continue with the checkout process.

To register for the per bid fee, navigate to the bids homepage, find the bid opportunity that you wish to become a plan taker for, click “Register for this Bid’, login to your account continue with the checkout process.

IMPORTANT: It is the vendor's responsibility to keep their company profile information current and accurate to allow system generated email communications to be received throughout the bidding process. York Region is not responsible for messages that are undeliverable, have an out of office notification, or otherwise do not reach the bidder.

Inviting a Contact

In order to add a contact to the company profile, click on the 'invite another contact' button and type the contact name and email address of the person you wish to add.

Your invited contacts will receive an email invitation from the Bidding System to create their own login to the Bidding System

If you are an invited company contact it is imperative that you create your login from the link contained in the email invitation. DO NOT go directly to the Bid Opportunity website and create a separate vendor account.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your additional invited contact(s) current and delete any contacts that you DO NOT want to have access to your profile
