BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Region requires a Contractor to complete Boulevard Maintenance within the Regional boulevards in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Town of Aurora and City of Markham. DEPOSIT: A bid deposit in the form of $5,000 for Part A, $40,000 for Part B, $75,000 for Part C OR $120,000 for Parts A, B and C. Boulevard Maintenance within the Regional Municipality of York in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Town of Aurora and the City of Markham
On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Lupo Grounds Care Inc., Cutting Edge Property Services Inc. and Jimricks Enterprises Ltd. for Contract No. T-19-179 for Boulevard Maintenance within the Regional Municipality of York in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Town of Aurora and the City of Markham has been accepted for an initial contract term of two years in the amounts of:
Part A – Lupo Grounds Care Inc., $22,090.11
Part B – Cutting Edge Property Services Inc., $134,622.50
Part C – Jimricks Enterprises Ltd., $539,635.92
