The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the provision of Conventional and Community Bus transit service for the Region’s West-North Transit Division. The West-North Transit Division will service eight YRT terminals: Newmarket Terminal, Bernard Terminal, Promenade Terminal, Vaughan Mills Terminal, Major Mackenzie West Terminal, Smart VMC Bus Terminal, Richmond Hill Centre Terminal, and Pioneer Village Terminal; two GO Transit Terminals: Finch GO Bus Terminal, Highway 407 Terminal, and future Major Mackenzie West Terminal; six GO Transit Stations: East Gwillimbury, Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Maple, and Rutherford GO Transit Trains Stations; and one TTC Station: Sheppard West.
