The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.

BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, pre-qualification of construction services for exterior site upgrades at Brayfield Manor, such as front entrance concrete replacement, patio replacement, privacy fence replacement, roadway and lighting.  For complete bid details, please refer to the RFPQ documents. 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM) Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.

BIDDERS MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a site visit / information meeting to be held on the date, time and place set out on the Bidding Website. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.  For details regarding the site visit date and time, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below. For further details, refer to the RFPQ documents.
