Brief Description: The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from architectural and engineering firms for building permit, design, contract documents and contract administration in relation to the modernization renovation of the Seminar Room and Councillors Lounge Area located on Ground Floor at 17250 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket, Ontario in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. Proponents are advised that an Information Meeting that will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Seminar Room in the Administration Building at 17250 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the proposal received from The Ventin Group (Toronto) Ltd. for Contract No. P‐18‐313 for the provision of Architectural and Engineering Services for the Modernization of the Seminar Room and Councillors Lounge Area Located at the York Region Administrative Centre, 17250 Yonge Street, Newmarket has been accepted in the amount of $175,000.00, excluding HST. The project will commence in January 2019 and is expected to be completed in December 2019.
