The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. Description of Work: This Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is open to all general contractors who wish to assist the Region with planting trees and shrubs in Regional road right-of-ways and on Region owned properties. Questions: Questions related to this RFPQ shall be submitted to the Region through the bidding website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
