The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Information. HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – This Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from qualified vendors on their ability to provide services and solutions relating to a Customer Experience Post-Contact Survey Solution. Questions related to this RFI shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
