HARD COPY  SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – This Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from qualified vendors on their ability to provide services and solutions relating to a Customer Experience Post-Contact Survey Solution.
