BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, storm water drainage upgrades for Keswick Gardens parking lot overland flow as further described in Appendix C – Form of Contract.

MANADATORY REQUIREMENT(S):
All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount generated on the Bidding Website in the Schedule of Prices and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F.
