ACCESS TO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEMPLATES -  The FTP site log in information will be provided upon receipt of the signed Confidentiality Agreement (see Schedule A, Appendix A).  Submit the signed Confidentiality Agreement to the Senior Procurement Specialist, Lynn Charyk, lynn.charyk@york.ca to receive the FTP site log in.

DESCRIPTION: The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) intends to establish a list of prequalified consultants to provide PCS/SCADA engineering, programming, and integration services for water and wastewater facilities. 

Step 1 – Mandatory Requirement

• Establish which responses comply with all of the mandatory submission requirements as set out in Section C of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) and determine who is eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process (the “Evaluation")

Step 2 – Competitive Procurement Process

• Invite the Prequalified Engineers to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the Deliverables

This Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Region to prospective respondents to participate in Step 1 of the procurement process outlined above.
