The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is looking to procure two (2) brand new and unused 10-tonne class four-wheeled excavators, complete with one (1) set of attachments for each excavator including a dozer blade, Steelwrist Tiltrotator (tilt/rotating coupler – “knuckle”) X12 Quantum QCSC50 Coupler with X12 Central Lubrication, X12 Gripper Cassette and Weld on Adapter, 28” heavy duty excavation bucket, 60” heavy duty grading bucket, 36” drum mulcher and 60” brush cutter; one (1) set for each wheeled excavator, or a Region approved equivalent.
