The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This RFPQ is for the construction of the proposed raw watermain from the Nobleton Well 2 site (located at 22 Faris Avenue) to the planned Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to be located at the Nobleton Well 5 site (located at 12860 Highway 27). For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
