The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that
have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for
Pre-Qualification No. PQ-19-154 :
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades to the Newmarket Magana Elevated Tank located at 1030 Ivsbrige Blvd., Newmarket, ON L3X 2A2 and the Stouffville Zone 2 Elevated Tank located at 12519 Tenth Line, Stouffville, ON L4A 7X3 All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in
the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The
forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached
as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Certificate of Recognition (CORTM) Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration. MEETING: The Bidders’ Meeting will be held on October 8, 2019 commencing at 10:00 am at the Newmarket Magna Elevated Tank located at 1030 Ivsbridge Blvd, in the Town of Newmarket. It will then be followed by a site visit at the Stouffville 2 Elevated Tank located at 12519 Tenth Line in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.
