BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the 900mm Newmarket Forcemain Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

VIRTUAL INFORMATION MEETING: A non-mandatory virtual information meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 commencing at 10:30 am. Proponents are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature on the Bidding Website a minimum of three (3) business days before the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended. Bidders are to email Peter Hwang at peter.hwang@york.ca for the meeting link.
