The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the Work as described in Section 6 - Terms of Reference. The Work includes, but is not limited to, External Coaching Service Providers that offer virtual and in-person coaching, which can provide services to the Region and York Regional Police with respect to leadership coaching for: Developmental, Transition or Skills/Remedial. MEETING - A Virtual Information meeting will be held on July 20th at 3:00p.m. via Microsoft Teams. All attendees are required to submit their intent to attend to rebecca.hockin@york.ca on or before July 20, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. A link to the meeting will be sent once you have confirmed your attendance. The Information Meeting is not a mandatory meeting. A copy of the presentation material will be issued by addendum for information purposes to all Bidders.
