The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No.: RFPQ-258-21
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of container and bare root seedlings at various roadside locations in the Region of York. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $40,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a non mandatory information meeting to be held on December 8, 2021 via Microsoft Teams, commencing at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. All attendees are required to contact the Purchasing Analyst listed in the Bid Document or below on or before 12 noon, December 7, 2021 to request access to the Bidders’ Meeting. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
