DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and implementation of a Solution, including professional services, to migrate utility and sub meter data from existing sources into the Solution, data capture and integration, acceptance testing and validation, configuration work and training. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from ECCan Inc. for Contract No. RFP-719-22 for NextGen Energy Management Software as a Service has been accepted in the amount of $527,899.25, excluding HST, for a contract term of three (3) years with up to two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each.
