The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is inviting Bids from contractors for the Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the Aurora Wells 1-4 Treatment Facility Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFPC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). PREQUALIFIED SUBCONTRACTORS: The On-Site and Excess Soil Management portion of the Deliverables must be completed by one of the following Qualified Persons prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFSQ-1941-24:
If Construction and Decommissioning of Monitoring Wells is required, it must be completed by one of the following subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No RFPQ-420-21:
MEETING: A non-mandatory Bidder's site meeting will be held on May 9th, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 2 Water Well Lane, Aurora. Personal Protective Equipment in the form for a hard hat, vest and safety shoes are to be worn. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFPC should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button. ACCOMODATION REQUESTS: Accommodation requests under AODA should be directed to the Region's Procurement Representative via email to sue.eves@york.ca |
