The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the Work as described in Section 6 - Terms of Reference. The Work includes, but is not limited to, Adjusting Services for Insured Claims. It is intended that the claims adjusters list will be comprised of firms experienced in municipal liability insurance claims adjusting work. Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
