On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. for Contract No. RFP-853-22 for Consulting Services for the Inspection and Appraisal of Bridges, Large Culverts, Structural Retaining Walls, and Large Overhead Sign Supports Owned by the Regional Municipality of York has been accepted in the amount of $396,372.76, excluding HST, for an initial term of two-year and includes the option for the Region to renew the contract, at its sole discretion, for one additional two-year term.
(Term of Contract: 2 years with 1 additional 2-year term)
