Description: 

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. 

 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the Work as described in Section 6 - Terms of Reference.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, professional services to conduct research and analysis services for the replacement of the Region’s current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including, without limitation:
• Analysis of current state financial system capabilities and enabled business processes, including current system architecture;
• Confirmation and identification of additional desired target state financial system capabilities;
• Development of a transition plan including business case, roadmap, and resource requirements to deliver a new financial systems solution; and
• Development of terms of reference for use in the competitive procurement of a new financial systems solution.
Proponents are advised that the Contractor will not be permitted to submit a bid for the future procurement for the purchase and implementation services of the chosen solution.
