BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide architectural and engineering design and consulting services for site plan approval, building permit, design development, preparation of the construction contract documents, assisting during the tender period, contract administration and assisting during commissioning and warranty periods for the construction of a Paramedic Response Station located at 14824 Yonge Street, Aurora, Ontario.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• Ontario Association of Architects License and Registration: The proposed key personnel for the Principle/Architect role must provide evidence of OAA (Ontario Association of Architects) license and registration.

• Ontario Engineering License: For each Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Structural) the key personnel listed in the proposal must provide proof of a valid Ontario Engineering License or stamp.

  Any proposal received from proponents who are not compliant with a mandatory requirement shall be rejected from further consideration.
