All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $75,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Certificate of Recognition (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration.
