BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -  The Region is inviting Bids from contractors for the prequalification of General Contractors, Mechanical Subcontractors, Electrical Subcontractors and Linear Subcontractors for the Rehabilitation of the Second Concession Sanitary Sewer and the Holland Landing West Watermain Control Valve Chamber, as further described in Section A of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. CORTM is only required from the General Contractors.
