Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Interior lighting retrofit of fluorescent lamps with LED lamps at the York Region Administrative Centre located at 1720 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket, Ontario DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in
the amount of $20,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The
forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached
as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Certificate of Recognition (CORTM) Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration.
