The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-713-22-75300.
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids from qualified contractors to provide goods and services with respect to the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of an 11km sewage conveyance tunnel (3m internal diameter) for the West Vaughan Sewage Servicing Project in the City of Vaughan, as further described in the Specifications and the Drawings. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $20,000,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F to the Bid Form. MEETING: A Non mandatory Bidders’ site Meeting will be held on July 13, 2023 commencing at 09:00 am at Element Hotel Southwest Vaughan - 6170 Hwy 7, Vaughan, ON L4H 0R2. Personal Protective Equipment is required to be worn on site at all times.
CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (COR™): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not COR™ certified, who have not obtained COR™ equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
