The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Pavement repairs at 7230 Jane Street access road and parking lot between Steeles Avenue and Highway 407 in the City of Vaughan, at 100 Garfield Wright access roads between Woodbine Avenue and Bales Drive East in Sharon, and at 10424 Keele Street parking lot and swale between Drummond Drive and McNaughton Road at the Maple Health Centre in the neighbourhood of Maple in the City of Vaughan; do and fulfill everything indicated by the Contract Documents; and complete the Work within the Contract Time. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from DIG-CON International Limited for Contract No. RFTC-1518-23 for Pavement Repairs at Multiple Location in the Regional Municipality of York including at 7230 Jane Street, at 100 Garfield Wright, and at 10424 Keele Steet (Maple Health Centre) has been accepted in the amount of $2,185,600.00 excluding HST, for a contract term of approximately 40 days from Notice to Commence Work. (Term of Contract: 40 Working Days from Notice to Commence)
