On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Accardi Schaeffers & Associates Ltd. for Contract No. RFPC-1485-23 for Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for The Elgin Mills Ductile Iron Watermain Rehabilitation has been accepted in the amount of $1,626,642.00 excluding HST, for a contract term with a commencement date of April 1, 2024. The Deliverables shall be completed on or before September 30, 2029.
