HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK For the purpose of this RFPQ, the “Project” shall mean engineering services to provide detailed design, as well as construction administration and site inspection for Warden Avenue (Y.R. 65) from Major Mackenzie Drive (Y.R. 25) to Elgin Mills Road, in the City of Markham. The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this RFP. Questions related to this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
