The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - This Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is open to all Consultants who wish to be considered as a pre-qualified Consultant for Detailed Design and Engineering Services for Three Intersection Improvement Projects at King Vaughan Road, City of Vaughan. MEETING: Attendance at both Meeting is not mandatory but recommended. A Non mandatory Bidders’ Information Meeting will be held on February 1, 2023 commencing at 09:30 am. Please contact susan.hope@york.ca your attendance and a meeting link will be provided. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any submissions received from respondents who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFPQ shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
