The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: To confirm the schedule of the repairs/upgrades to be performed and perform the appropriate Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) as per the province’s Environmental Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.1) and provide preliminary design and detailed design (30%, 60%, 90%, 100%) to implement the recommended repairs and upgrades set out in the Condition Assessment Report, as well as other repair and upgrades noted in the scope of work section. For details regarding the site visit /information meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from R.V. Anderson Associates Limited for Contract No. RFP-747-22 for Design, Contract Administration and Site inspection Services for Aurora Sewage Pumping Station Facility Upgrade has been accepted in the amount of $1,608,585.00 excluding HST, for a contract term of 5 years.
