BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting proposals from qualified consultant individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the Work as described in Section 6 (Terms of Reference) in the RFP document. The Work includes, but is not limited to, designing a combined ownership and rental housing development model to serve households with a range of incomes and provide ongoing affordability.
