BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, the replacement of a culvert (12-32 C0180) under Leslie Street (Y.R. 12), 180 m north of Green Lane East (Y.R. 19) in the Town of East Gwillimbury. Bidders are advised that the Deliverables will be performed during the 2023 construction season. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-879-22: • Amico Infrastructures Inc. Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any bids received from bidders who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $150,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.
