BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This RFP is an invitation by the Region to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Provider. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• Industry Accreditation: It is a mandatory requirement of this RFP that all Proponents have at the time of submission industry accreditation by the Employee Assistance Society of North America and Council on Accreditation
