The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this RFP. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK The purpose of this project shall mean the Schedule “C” Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) study for the Jane Street (Y.R.55) widening and associated improvements from Teston Road (Y.R.49) to Kirby Road, in the City of Vaughan. The need for traffic capacity improvements along this project was identified in the Region’s 2022 Transportation Master Plan. The Region’s 2022 10-Year Roads and Transit Capital Construction Program identifies the project for improvement in 2030. Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
