The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Regional Municipality of York intends to design and construct one (1) six-storey 97-unit affordable housing development at 5676 Main Street in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. The Region is issuing this Request for Proposal to elicit proposals from qualified Proponents to complete the detailed design, construction tender package, and associated engineering and contract administration services for this assignment.
