ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website , HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK This Tender is for the widening of the east side of Pine Valley Drive at the Rutherford Road intersection to incorporate a southbound left-turn lane. The proposed work will include asphalt milling, earth excavation, grading, granulars, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, subdrain, infiltration trench, roadside ditching work, pavement markings, permanent signage, pedestrian signals and related works.as further set out in Appendix A - RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”).
