The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. Description: The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the Work as described in Section 6 - Terms of Reference. The Work includes, but is not limited to, completing a study to identify and recommend options for beneficial uses of treated wastewater from existing Region wastewater systems, including:
Based on the Work, the Final Report must reveal the viability for the Region to capture benefits from the resources that can be extracted from its wastewater treatment and groundwater dewatering systems.
