BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:   This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) process is seeking Policy Consultants across four categories: (1) General, (2) Water/Wastewater, (3) Waste and Sustainable Resource Recovery, and (4) Roads, Traffic and Fleet, for services.

Step 1 – Prequalification of Consultant Candidates 

Establish a list of prequalified Consultants who are eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process (the “Qualified Roster”).  The Qualified Roster will be requested to bid on the Assignments.

Step 2 – Competitive Procurement Process 

Invite the Qualified Roster Consultants to participate in future procurement processes for the provision of the Deliverables (“Roster Competitions”) which will be issued as required. 

This Request for Consultant Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”), on behalf of YRRTC, to prospective respondents to participate in the procurement process outlined above.
