PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified Proponents that have been approved to submit Proposals in response to this Request for Proposals under the Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (“OECM”) Master Agreement #2020-348.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to supply and implement a cloud‑based enterprise ITSM software with associated licensing, professional services and support services that meets organizational needs and implements industry best practices

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• SECURITY CONFIRMATION: Proponents must submit one or both of the following:
  • Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) STAR Level – Verification of a current CSA STAR Level 2 published in the CSA STAR Registry, including completed CAIQ and supporting documentation;

  • Equivalent Trust Center Compliance Program – Verifiable documentation of compliance with a recognized Trust Center framework demonstrating alignment with industry-standard cloud security controls.

    Proponents that do not comply with Secuirty Confirmation will be rejected from further consideration.

• MANDATORY SOLUTION REQUIREMENTS: Proponents must comply with all Mandatory Solution Requirements outlined in Step 2, Table 1 - Mandatory Solution Requirements in the Bidding Website. Proponents that do not comply with all Mandatory Solution Requirements will be rejected from further consideration.
