BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Platform and lighting replacements and concrete repairs at the Black Creek Sewage Pumping Station located at 7230 Jane Street in the City of Vaughan BID BOND: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $75,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. MEETING: A meeting for all potential Bidders will be held on August 12, 2021 at Black Creek Sewage Pumping Station located at 7230 Jane Street in the City of Vaughan, starting at 10:00am. Bidders must confirm attendance prior to attending. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify information in the Bid Documents and to address questions regarding the Request for Tender as well as the electronic submission requirements. All questions and responses will be recorded through formal minutes of the meeting and will be issued in an addendum. CERIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration.
