The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following work in the Township of King, as further described in Appendix C – Form of Contract:
Bidders are advised that the Work will be performed during the 2024 and 2025 construction seasons. The following is a list of prequalified bidders that have been approved to submit bids in response to this RFT under Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) No. RFPQ-1363-23:
Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. Bidders are reminded of the two (2) contract limit as further described in the RFPQ documents for RFPQ Nos. RFPQ-1350-23 and RFPQ-1363-23. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT(S):
