The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified proponents that have been approved to submit proposals in response to this RFP under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-1723-24:
Any proposals received from proponents not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”), on behalf of York Region Rapid Transit Corporation (“YRRTC”), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Transit and Rail Project Assessment Process and Preliminary Design services for the construction of a BRT median rapidway and stations on Jane Street from Highway 7 to Major Mackenzie Drive in the City of Vaughan.
