BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is open to all Consultants who wish to be considered as a pre-qualified Consultants to undertake the Detailed Design and Engineering Services for the proposed improvements to for the proposed improvements to 16th Avenue (Y.R. 73), from Leslie Street (Y.R. 12) to Woodbine Avenue (Y.R. 8), in the City of Richmond Hill and City of Markham. The Regional Municipality of York would like to thank you for responding to the Request for Proposal PQ-19-280. Under ‘Section 6 – Selection Process’ in the RFPQ document, only the Selected Respondents, as determined by the Region in its Sole Discretion, will be listed in the upcoming request for proposal as pre-qualified consultants.
