On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Comfort Care Inc. for Contract No. RFTC-1658-24 for Kitchen and Gym HVAC Upgrades at the Sutton Youth Services Shelter Building located at 20898 Dalton Road in Sutton West in the Town of Georgina, Ontario, has been accepted in the amount of $57,800.00, excluding HST. This award is for a term of 90 Working Days from Notice to Commence. (Term of Contract: 90 Working Days from Notice to Commence)
