The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this RFP. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. Brief Description of the Work - The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide the Services including, but not limited to, Planning, Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for expansion of existing York Region Transit (YRT) Bus Operations, Maintenance, and Storage Facility at 8300 Keele Street in the City of Vaughan. Meeting - A non mandatory meeting will be held, May 10th at 2pm. Those who wish to attend please email: Nowshin.Nawal@york.ca, on or before May 06, 2022 to receive the Microsoft Teams invitation. Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
