The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. PQ-20-170 :
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Construction of a new sewage pumping station with a firm capacity of 80 L/s, a new 1200 mm diameter gravity sewer on Henderson Drive extending from east of McClellan Way to the sewage pumping station via microtunnelling, and new twin 300 mm diameter forcemains extending from the sewage pumping station to an existing maintenance hole on Yonge Street north of Bloomington Road The Bidder’s Meeting has been re-scheduled from May 27, 2021 11:00 a.m. to June 3, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time. All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Certificate of Recognition (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration.
