ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website , HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids for Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the Keswick West Park Heights Standpipe and Re-Chlorination Facility Replacement as further described in Section A of the RFPC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The following is a list of pre-qualified on-site and excess soil management sub-contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFSQ-1941-24:
Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. MEETING: A non-mandatory Bidder's site meeting will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 commencing at 1:30 p.m. at 65 West Park Heights, Georgina. PPE is not required. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFPC should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button. ACCOMODATION REQUESTS: Accommodation requests under AODA should be directed to the Region's Procurement Representative via email to sue.eves@york.ca |
