Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, the supply and delivery of the following 3M reflective materials and ink supplies as listed below:

• Engineering Grade Material – by the roll in various sizes and colours
• Prismatic Material – by the roll in various sizes and colours
• High Intensity Material – by the roll in various sizes and colours
• Repositionable Reflective Material - by the roll in various sizes and colours
• Diamond Grade Material - by the roll in various sizes and colours
• Non-reflective Material - by the roll in various sizes and colours
• Miscellaneous Items – Foam Tape, 3M Thinner
