The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISISONS submitted through the Region's Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISISONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The work includes but is not limited to the inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, deficiency reporting, emergency repairs and all relevant reporting documentation relating to fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, standpipe and hose systems, fire hydrants and emergency lighting/exit signs fire alarms, suppression, and detection systems. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: It is a mandatory requirement of this RFT that bidders must possess each of the following mandatory requirements. Bids from bidders who do not possess any one of these requirements will be rejected by the Region as non-compliant for failure to meet this mandatory requirement.
DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of $75,000.00 . For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.
