The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. Description of Work: This Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is open to all consultants who wish to assist The Region with climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies in the form of Climate Change Action Plans, for a selected group of its existing buildings (25 in total). Each Climate Change Action Plan will be building specific and achieve climate change resiliency with the potential to transition the building to net-zero carbon. Questions: Questions related to this RFPQ shall be submitted to the Region through the bidding website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
